Hey Habito Ltd (“we”, “us”,“our”, “Habito”) is offering cashback to
customers (“you” “your” “customer”) who complete on a product transfer through
us (the “Product Transfer Cashback Campaign”) in line with these terms &
conditions (“T&Cs”).
These T&Cs apply to the Product Transfer Cashback Campaign only.
  - 
    The Product Transfer Cashback Campaign and how to enter
    
      - The Product Transfer Cashback Campaign is a one off.
- The amount of cashback will be £25 for mortgage values less than
      £250,000 and £50 for mortgage values of £250,000 and greater. Cashback
      payment will be paid by us to you following the completion of a product
      transfer (switching your deal through your existing lender), you may
      enter the Product Transfer Cashback Campaign if you are eligible.
- By entering the Product Transfer Cashback Campaign, you agree to
      these T&Cs and you are responsible for making sure the details you
      provide to Habito are correct and up to date and provided promptly on
      request.
 
- 
    Eligibility
    
      - 
        You will be eligible to enter the Habito Product Transfer Cashback
        Campaign if you:
        
          - Complete on a product transfer through Habito;
- are resident in the UK and the property on which your product
          transfer is secured to is in the UK; and
- agree to these T&Cs.
- apply for a product transfer through Habito on or after 24
          January 2023
 
- 
        You won’t be eligible for the Product Transfer Cashback Campaign if
        you:
        
          - are an employee or contractor of Habito or if any other person
          named on your mortgage is an employee or consultant of Habito;
- are an employee or contractor of agents or suppliers of Habito
          who are professionally connected with the Habito Product Transfer
          Cashback Campaign or its administration;
- are found to have arrears on your mortgage account. For the
          purposes of these T&Cs, arrears means when a total sum of £1 or
          more of the monthly payment(s) due remains unpaid at the time of the
          product transfer; or
- are found or have been found guilty of fraud
 
- If you become an employee of Habito after you have entered the
      Product Transfer Cashback Campaign, you will still be eligible to receive
      the cashback.
- In entering the Habito Product Transfer Cashback Campaign, you
      confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the cashback
      in accordance with these T&Cs. We may require you to provide proof
      that you are eligible to enter the Product Transfer Cashback
      Campaign.
- We reserve all rights to disqualify you from the Product Transfer
      Cashback Campaign if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention
      of the Product Transfer Cashback Campaign.
- 
        We’re not responsible if we inadvertently pay cashback to someone who
        doesn’t qualify, but we’ll take reasonable steps to make sure this
        doesn't happen.
        
          - Where we discover such an error has happened, the person
          inadvertently paid must repay the cashback to us and we reserve the
          right to demand repayment of the cashback from the person
          inadvertently paid.
- Once we have received the cashback from the person inadvertently
          paid, we will subsequently pay the cashback to the next eligible
          person.
 
 
- 
    Things to note
    
      - The cashback will be paid into your nominated account within 90 days
      from the day of completion of your product transfer through us.
- If you hold more than one mortgage, you may enter the Product
      Transfer Cashback Campaign in relation to all mortgages held in your name
      and will be eligible for receipt of the cashback in the event you are
      eligible and comply with these T&Cs in all events.

    Your Mortgage
    
      - The mortgage must be held in your name or by you and your joint mortgage holder.
- Your cashback will be sent via Wise and paid directly into a bank
      account nominated by you and held in your name. It is your responsibility
      to provide Wise with any necessary information, including your nominated
      bank account, to action the transfer of the commission payment.

    This Product Transfer Cashback Campaign
    
      - The Product Transfer Cashback Campaign is free to enter.
- Payments in the Product Transfer Cashback Campaign are non-negotiable
      or transferable.
- Payment will be made into your nominated bank no later than ninety
      (90) days following the date of completion of your product transfer with
      us.
 
- 
    The Promoter
    This Product Transfer Cashback Campaign is operated and run by Hey
    Habito Limited, a company registered under the laws of England & Wales
    whose registered address is Throgmorton UK Ltd Reading, 4th Floor, Reading
    Bridge House, George Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8LS. We are regulated
    by the Financial Conduct Authority under registration number 714187. 
- 
    Other legal stuff
    
      - We won’t be responsible to any eligible customer if payment is
      delayed or cancelled for any reason.
- Our decision with regard to the process of administering the Product
      Transfer Cashback Campaign is final and absolute.
- We can cancel our Product Transfer Cashback Campaign or stop running
      the Habito Product Transfer Cashback Campaign entirely at any time and
      without telling you beforehand, however we will let you know by putting a
      notice on Habito’s website.
- If Habito ends the Product Transfer Cashback Campaign Habito will
      still pay the cashback on any product transfer that has been applied for
      but not completed at the time of cancellation.
- We may use your name and the personal information which you provide
      to us in entering this Product Transfer Cashback Campaign for the
      purposes of the Product Transfer Cashback Campaign and as described in
      these T&Cs. We will process and store your information in accordance
      with our privacy policy.
- If there’s a disagreement about these T&Cs, we hope you’ll let us
      know so that we can try and resolve the issue. These T&Cs are based
      on the laws of England and Wales, and only the courts in England and
      Wales can resolve any legal claims.
